This is the map that I use for initial
hike identification and to carry with me to show the big picture and
location of backcountry permit boundaries. It also covers Denali State
Park. It is a two-sided, color topographic map published by National
Geographic. One side is a 1"=5 mile map of all the Park and Preserve.
The other side shows boundaries of backcountry permit areas accessible
